Typical new construction prices for 2-story houses start at $130 per square foot of living space, and all new homes include many upgrades as standard features, such as:

Kalinka Homes can build to your plans or recommend an architect for you. We offer complete customization to the homeowner. At various points throughout the construction process, customers can make changes, and select finishes, textures, and fixtures.
