About Ted Kalinka

With 15 years of engineering experience, owner Ted Kalinka founded Kalinka Homes LLC in 2002 to provide new home building services with a “customer is always right” attitude. Satisfied customers quickly spread the word of Ted’s commitment to quality and customer service, resulting in dozens of new homes and home renovations performed by Kalinka Homes LLC throughout New Jersey, particularly along the Jersey Shore.

Hailing from a family of builders, contractors, and masons, Ted Kalinka worked for, and learned much from, his father Ted Kalinka, Sr. With a lifetime of masonry and building experience in both residential and commercial properties, Ted Sr. often consults on challenging projects.

Kalinka Homes LLC owner Ted (Jr.) earned an engineering degree from Cornell University’s College of Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management. Additional education includes several realty licensing and real estate development courses.
